The FUND’s Investment Policy consists of acquiring the TARGET ASSETS, and it may allocate a portion of its permanent capital to investment fund units or fixed income securities, whether public or private, to meet its liquidity needs. Furthermore, the FUND shall not invest directly in real estate properties or in real rights over real estate. However, it is possible that the FUND may, on occasion, hold real estate or real rights over real estate in its portfolio due to: (i) the enforcement or substitution of guarantees; (ii) debt renegotiations; and (iii) other necessary actions related to pursuing the fulfillment of obligations by the debtors of the FUND’s TARGET ASSETS.
